Dr. Aubrey Copland, Medical Director #CO21905 We are pleased to introduce Dr. Aubrey Copland, our esteemed Medical Director. With over 30 years of experience as a board-certified Anesthesiologist in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Copland has served as Medical Director for the past 10 years. He earned his medical degree from the Queen's University of Belfast Medical School in Ireland and completed his residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. In his role as Medical Director, Dr. Copland oversees and delegates medical-aesthetic services to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and care. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Copland values time with his family, enjoys traveling, and has a deep appreciation for opera. My name is Itzel Galarza . Owner of Zel Lash brow & Spa. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file. * Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late or do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. * All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the appointment is canceled.
